Edy, As you can see from the picture the GOGs are doing really well. They are already up and swimming and are curious about their surroundings. You can't even tell that they were stressed out only a few hours ago. Shipping large discus is always a risky business but it sure helps to have healthy fish to begin with and yours are certainly outstanding. It also helps that you have great acclimating tips. Hi Edy, they arrived safe and sound. I was stuck in meetings until late morning so didn't get to them immediately upon arrival. I just rushed them home and got them settled and they look great. Dear Edy,  Thank you for the beautiful fish you sent me, and the "free" Scarlet you also included. The packaging was perfect, first box of fish with no wet bottom on it, even my Fed-Ex guy noticed. The packing inside was one large bag holding the quadruple bagged fish, including a paper layer to shield the fish. The heaters kept the box at 80+ degrees and the small high output warmers worked great. After acclimating per your thorough instructions, each fish still in the bag looked so nice, after releasing them they settled to the bottom and quickly regained full color and were bigger then the measurement you had posted. I am totally happy and for anyone that doesn't know you the service, shipping and fish were all A+++. The discus is doing very well, it seems like it has fully recovered. But I need to tell that I saw the most amazing thing I’ve ever witnessed with fish of any kind. Last night just before going to bed I went check on to see if the fish was dead or alive and that’s when I saw it. The larger of the Red Scarlet went over to the smaller one (which was still laying on its side) and pushed the fish upright and stayed right next to it as if tending to it. They stayed in that position all night. When I got up this morning (expecting the worse) to my amazement they were swimming together all over the tank. I thought this to be truly incredible, I have never seen anything like that at all. I also want to thank you for taking time to help, without your expertise I would have panicked. Your follow up with and patience with me after the sale is rarely seen. You will be hearing from me soon. Hello Edy,  I came in last Saturday and purchased 2 Snow White from your show tank out front and 2 Golden Yellow Diamonds.  They have all acclimated very well.  The Snow White are already feeding from the cone feeder I use.  The first 24 hours, the Golden yellow Diamonds hid in the plants, but last night they were swimming all around with their tank mates.  Thank you. Hi, got the fish and one bag  had all the water leaked out except just enough to keep the fish wet and at first I thought it was dead. I looked again and I saw the gills move. I put water from my tank in the bag and turned the fish loose. It went to the bottom and laid on it's side. I began to drip in the other three bags and the fish on the bottom slowly began to move around. I released the others and now about four hours later they all seem to be swimming around. I have all the lights out, but I turned on a small lamp to check on them and they are doing well.. I will keep in touch and let you know how things go.  Dwight Coursey.  ROUGE, LA. 11/15/06

I received the  two ruby snake discus almost  two hours ago and they  are all alive.  I'm  trying to follow your step by step instructions. On arrival they are lying flat and  few minute later I saw them  trying to swim up and breathe. I will try to transfer them later after 30 minutes to their holding tank. Edy: The fish arrived in pretty good shape.  It looked like they had a bit of a rough ride, but the packing was good enough to protect them well (the box was beatup but the cooler inside was good shape and none of the bags leaked).  They are settling in now and I think they will all be just fine.  The fish themselves look very nice.  I appreciate everything.  As far as improving I really can't think of anything that would make your service better and your fish are as nice as I have seen on this side of the planet.  (I saw nicer in Jakrta and in viet nam when I was their but they have a big advantage over us here in the states.  (Their water out of the ground is perfect for discus, their ability to get live foods from their backyards are the bigest advantage.)

The discus arrived at 10am, I just took them out of the bags. All fish are ok, I'm a little worried about the WB but I'm going to wait until I feed this evening to see if the WB is just stressed. The Stripe Pigeons are swimming around :-). What is the orange? (Snake?) Beautiful fish Edy...packing was excellent,maybe a little bigger bag for the fish. When you add @ 1 cup of water the shipping bag will be too full. I will feed bloodworms @ 7pm and see how the WB looks then. Your instruction sheet is great! I wont stare at them for the next 8 hours :-) I'll let you know how they are after feeding.  Clean fish is the most important thing and these 4 guys are clean...no pepper.  Thank you again and again.
